It actually arrived faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with the shipping experience.

I wasn’t totally sure how solid this mount would be, but once I got it on the wall it felt sturdy. My doorbell doesn’t really wobble anymore, even when the door gets slammed. It did take a bit of messing around to get it lined up right, but after that it’s been holding steady. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with it

I ordered a mount from doorbellmount.com, and to be fair, it did fit my doorbell the way it was supposed to. But as soon as I held it, the plastic felt flimsy and cheap, which was disappointing. I don’t think it’s right to charge a decent amount for something that feels this low-quality right out of the box.
After a couple weeks outside, it started looking a little warped, and one corner came loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I expected it to hold up better for the price. It’s not completely useless, but I wouldn’t buy it again, and I’d feel better recommending something that seems more durable and made

I asked support about my issue and fast they got back to me. It was sorted out fine, so overall I was happy enough with it.

I’m annoyed with this. I cleaned the surface really well, pressed it on firmly like I was supposed to, and somehow the adhesive still started peeling off after just a couple days. The doorbell felt loose and I didn’t trust it to stay up at all. Maybe it works fine if you use screws, but the sticky pad was a total letdown and feels like they cheaped out on it.

I put this on my porch and it looks nice overall. The design is simple, which I like, and it kind of fits the space well. It is a little bulkier than I expected, but it’s not a huge deal. That part was just a bit more noticeable once it was set up.

I had to return my mount, it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought it would be. Maybe I just missed something obvious, but the return instructions didn’t feel very clear to me, and I had to send a couple emails before I finally got a straight answer.
The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience. I might’ve been expecting it to move faster than was realistic, but still, it felt like the whole return process could have been a lot smoother...
